William Campbell Foundation (William Campbell College) is a progressive human service provider based in the Illawarra and South Coast. The Foundation provides an expanding range of services to children, young people and their families.

WCF is seeking to recruit an experienced Clinical or Registered Psychologist to coordinate the implementation of our Behaviour Management Policy and the delivery of clinical services to our school and foster care program.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The individual must have experience working with children and families and preferably experience working in the out of home care sector. As WCF is a Christian organization we are seeking applicants whose personal values are compatible to the Christian ethos of the Foundation.

This position is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. The position is based in our Bomaderry office. Salary range of 60 – 90K with the added benefit of salary packaging. Conditions and salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
