FUNDRAISING
William Campbell College holds an annual fundraising event called "Brush with Celebrities" which has proved to be very successful since its inception. In 2011, the Wollongong Mall is providing the morning venue, commencing 11.30am, where shoppers watch the invited celebrities painting a picture. The celebrities then attended our dinner in the evening to watch their creations being auctioned, with all money raised going to the construction of our “special assistance” school on our farming property at Nowra Hill. Marty Haines from i98fm was our inaugural MC at the earlier events and the i98fm Team have been long-term supporters of the College, with Marje and Fairlie being our MC’s for the painting this year. We are very grateful for their participation and efforts in making the past fundraisers so successful.
