William Campbell College is a registered children's charity, a Christian organisation licensed to take children and young people into out-of-home care. The College is an established facility that provides a stable family environment and educational opportunities for children and young people adversely affected by their experiences of abuse, neglect and homelessness. It affords a rare opportunity for large sibling groups up to six or more children to remain together in a family-style rural setting. We also offer a full range of community foster care for smaller sibling groups of children and young people requiring one-on-one care within the Shoalhaven area. more... |

Bill Campbell and family purchased 120 acres of farmland at Nowra Hill on the South Coast of New South Wales, enabling them to provide accommodation, care and opportunities for learning in a rural environment with its resultant therapeutic value. The land title of the property is registered and owned by William Campbell College and therefore remains the legal property of the registered charity. more... |

Children and young people are housed in cottages on the farm. Each cottage contains long-term live-in professionally trained foster carers supported by qualified support staff. Highly qualified Child Development Caseworkers work extensively with each child and young person, the Department of Community Services, and other government agencies, to provide individualised programmes for every child or young person that will ensure their healing and growth and encourage each child or young person to achieve the very best of their abilities and talents. A lifelong commitment from the College is offered to any child or young person who chooses to maintain contact and involvement with the College. more... |
