Bill is the Chairman of Directors and is a local businessman who spent the past thirty-five years in the motor and caravan industry. He is married with one daughter and two grandchildren. He was a counsellor for Illawarra Lifeline and later a member of the Board of Management. Bill also had a term of management with the Kemblawarra Child and Family  Centre and has an in-depth understanding of homeless and abused children. 

 
   
   
   
 

Dawn Campbell is the wife of Bill. She has had previous experience in counselling with Lifeline. Dawn exudes a great empathy and compassion for children and is committed to the family way of life. She is also a Director of the family business and has had many years of experience in that area.

 
   
   
   
 

Donna Maree Jones is the daughter of Bill and Dawn Campbell and is married with two children. She is a Director of, and has been involved with, the Campbell family business for the past thirty years. She is an Accountant and is committed to providing assistance in the successful establishment and future operations of the College and its facilities.

 
   
   
   
 

Wayne Ellis Jones is the husband of Donna and the father of her two children. He is a Surveyor with an Honors Degree. He has been an office bearer of both Shellharbour and Kiama Surf Lifesaving Clubs for many years. He has also worked for many years in a voluntary capacity with the local Helicopter Rescue Service and in other areas of community support. He has lectured at Curtin University in Western Australia and at TAFE in Wollongong. Wayne is a committed family man who expresses his willingness to assist the College children in attaining skills in areas of their growth.

 
   
   
   
 

Noel Jones is a retired businessman who operated a heavy vehicle transporter. He has always held an interest in the farming environment, having been the son of a farmer and having worked on a farm in his formative years. He has expertise in these areas and will be able to pass on many skills and advice in the growth of the agriculture side of the College.

 
   
   
   
 

Greg Brien is the Principal of a small private school in the Canberra area. Greg is a Minister of Religion. He has had vast experience in the education of young children. Greg has valuable insight and understanding of the educational system and will provide a valuable contribution in assisting the implementation and upgrading of the educational side of the College.

 
   
   
   
 

Greg Boyd is a practicing architect and teacher at TAFE in Shellharbour. He is married to Wendy and they have two grown children and are grandparents. Greg exudes empathy and compassion for children and young people in need and has provided the College with building architectural plans and has a very important input into our future development.
